I called in to with a dodgy charger for a portable radio thinking that it was a broken wire. I thought that just a new connection was needed and that I could solder it in myself. Kyle offered to test the item, as it had been dropped on a hard surface some days ago, and it tested as being unsafe. My thanks to Kyle for his interest in my problem professional assistance. 😃

Shepparton shop was shut due to state govt Covid lockdown. Kyle at the Shepparton shop explained how easy "click & collect" was. It was very easy & I only had to wait a few minutes from placing the online order & for it being ready to collect.

I've spent a lot of time and money at this store in 3d printers, fridges and various electronics. The guys here are amazing, any time that I've had a problem they have refunded me straight away or replaced my items with no questions asked. James is an absolute guru when it comes to anything 3d printed or electronics in general and has saved me so much time over the years. I can not fault this store, the new location is amazing and now they have even more available! I'm a very happy customer and will come back time and time again. It's refreshing to see a store run by people that actually have a genuine interest in what they sell!!!
